     My Philosophy

            I believe in making the most out of your time in life. In the FitInRealLife plan, I prioritize fitness while not letting it interfere with the rest of the things that people in REAL LIFE are doing daily. People need time for the things like family interaction, relaxation, hobbies, and entertainment, all while working some form of a job to sustain all of that. So, I specialize in condensing your time spent on fitness into a frame that you'd be surprised to realize isn't all that consuming of the rest of your life. You get out what you put into it when it comes to your health. But, I will show you how quality over quantity speaks for itself.

 

          Despite me seeking to shrink down your core workouts to 3 days a week, I do believe that most will begin to WANT to do more due to the mental and physical results they yield from a good, sustainable eating and workout plan.

    I want to help develop a healthier mind, body, and sense of purpose for those who choose to team with me. When you awake and begin your day do you feel ready and eager to tackle the day? Is your headspace at peace? Are you grateful that you can breathe, think, move, and roam freely in the world? All these things can be and are commonly taking for granted by most. This level of peace and awareness, I believe, can be pursued and hopefully reached through the enhancement of your health. Fitness is the key!
